Can I cancel?
Any time. Your site stays live through the period you have paid for, and you can export your content. Full details are in the terms.
What if it is not right for us?
Ask for your money back within 14 days of your first payment.
Who do I talk to if I get stuck?
There is a help library inside your portal, and you can email us. We answer within two business days.
Can you change the layout for me?
Not on Essentials. The layout is locked on purpose, and every section has an on and off switch. If you need something shaped around you, that is what a custom build is for.
