Emberline Studio ("Emberline," "Studio," "we," "us") operates under Jeremy Gibson Enterprises, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through emberline.studio and our client systems, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site (project brief, start-a-project, church inquiry, or the two-sites application), we collect what you provide: name, email, phone number, organization details, and project information. When you book a call, we collect your scheduling details. When you make a payment, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details directly; we never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal or contract
- To deliver the website build, care plan, or service you've engaged us for
- To send you project updates, receipts, and, if you've opted in, occasional studio emails or text messages
- To measure how people use our site and to show Emberline ads to people who have visited it, if you accept advertising cookies
- To improve our own site and process
We do not sell your personal information for money. If you accept advertising cookies, the pixels described below send visit and form-completion data to Meta and Google so they can measure our ads and show them to you elsewhere. Some state laws call that "sharing" for targeted advertising, and you can say no at any time (see Cookies, advertising pixels, and your choices below).
SMS and text messaging
You will only receive text messages from Emberline Studio if you expressly opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms or booking pages. If you opt in, we use text messages only for the purpose you consented to: appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up about your discovery call or project inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and advertising pixels
With your permission, this site uses two tools: the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Analytics. They set cookies and collect your device and browser details, the pages you view, how you arrived, and whether you submit a form or click to book a call. They do not receive what you type into our forms. Meta and Google use this data to report on our ads and to show Emberline ads to people who visited our site, on their platforms and partner sites.
Nothing from these tools loads until you choose Accept on our cookie notice. If you choose Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, neither tool loads. We do not run these tools on the private pages we use to work with active clients.

- Manage Google ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to run our business, including GoHighLevel (client relationship management and messaging), Stripe (payments), and Netlify (site hosting and form handling), and, only if you accept advertising cookies, Meta and Google (advertising measurement and audiences). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data that passes through their systems.
Data retention
We retain client and project information for as long as needed to deliver services, meet our contractual and legal obligations, and maintain reasonable business records afterward.
Your choices
You can decline advertising cookies at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer. You can also ask us to correct, update, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@emberline.studio.
