These terms govern your use of emberline.studio and your engagement with Emberline Studio, a DBA of Jeremy Gibson Enterprises, LLC ("Studio," "we," "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Emberline Studio designs and builds custom websites for churches and businesses. The specific scope, fee, and timeline for any paid engagement are governed by a separate signed Services Agreement between you and Studio, not by this page. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Using this site
You may browse this site, submit inquiry forms, and book calls for legitimate business purposes. Content on this site, including copy, design, and code, is the property of Emberline Studio unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Communications
Submitting a form on this site does not by itself enroll you in text messaging. Emberline Studio will only send you SMS text messages if you separately and expressly opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms or on our booking page. That consent is optional and is kept separate from your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you opt in, Emberline Studio sends transactional text messages only: appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up about your discovery call or project inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You may also contact hello@emberline.studio. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Email communications about your inquiry or project are separate from text messaging and include an unsubscribe link.
Payments
Payments made through this site or our invoicing system are processed by Stripe. Deposit and balance terms for a specific project are set out in your signed Services Agreement.
No warranty on site content
This website and its content are provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it, and general content here does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Emberline Studio's liability arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount, if any, you've paid us for services related to that use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with venue in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
